FTEX STARTUP HEADQUARTERS
Designing for a high-growth startup requires more than just open space; it requires a precise understanding of human friction and fluidity. For FTEX, the layout was born from a rigorous study of inter-departmental traffic and team dynamics. We mapped the daily "desire paths" of employees to create a circulation strategy that minimizes cognitive disruption while maximizing serendipitous collaboration.
The space is zoned for mental agility: acoustic-screened workstations provide distinct boundaries for deep focus, while central transparent volumes and vibrant breakout areas encourage active exchange. By visualizing the company's workflow into the physical architecture, we created a workspace that doesn't just house the team—it propels them forward.
