GAZOUZ CAFÉ IN ALGIERS, BY TONTON DAOUD

In collaboration with the viral icon Tonton Daoud and his legendary motto "Un peu de gazouz, un peu de limonade", this project is a physical manifesto of Algerian hospitality. We moved beyond simple nostalgia to create a space that embodies Daoud's philosophy: a rejection of the bland in favor of the vibrant.

The design reimagines the traditional Quaada (low seating) as a modern social hub, using upcycled crates and bold pop colors to mirror the effervescence of the drink. It is an intergenerational bridge where the warmth of a village welcome meets the energy of a digital trend, proving that true conviviality like a good gazouz is timeless.

True to its nomadic spirit, this pop-up is designed to travel, bringing its vibrant energy to strategic locations including Garden City and the historic La Grande Poste.
